Richmond Perrine Optimist Club’s Basketball Program!!!

Teams by Age Group

4-6 yr. olds *(cannot turn 7 before April 1st)

6-9 yr. olds *(cannot turn 10 before April 1st)

10-11 yr. olds *(cannot turn 12 before April 1st)

12-13 yr. olds *(cannot turn 14 before April 1st)

14-15 yr. olds *(cannot turn 16 before April 1st)

*Registration/Practice starts in December each year…

    Registration Requirements

    1. Completed R.P.O.C. Basketball Registration Form (signed by Parent or Legal guardian)
    2. Completed Physical Form (signed by Physician and parent/Legal guardian)
    3. Copy of child’s official Birth Certificate *(Name on all forms must agree with name on the birth certificate)
    4. Copy of previous year – end of school year Report Card *(with all 4 semesters and final grades listed)
    5. Recent Photo for ID Card *(to be taken on site upon registration)
    6. Payment of Full Registration Fees *(on-site payments cash or M.O. only, or on-line registration payment option available)
